CUPCAKES

 
  Ingredients:

 Cream together

•  4 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

 Sift

•  2 cups plain flour
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 tsps. baking powder

 Heat

• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup milk

Steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cream wet ingredients together in a big bowl, then add sifted ingredients.  Heat milk and oil in microwave then slowly add to bowl while beating, beat for 1 minute until smooth then put in cupcake tray and bake for 25-35 mins.
